Policy

• The hotel does not bear any responsibility for the damage suffered by visitors at the time of renting the hall, and it cannot provide medical care for those who are ill while renting the hall.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages or the like, beer, and others, to the hall and the hotel in general, and smoking is not permitted in all hotel facilities, and anyone who violates is subject to legal accountability.
• It is strictly forbidden to roam around the hotel, whether by the attendees or the tenant, except after the management's permission.
• The tenant bears the responsibility of the visitors if any of the hall facilities and accessories are damaged, and he is obliged to compensate the hotel.
• The public taste, customs and traditions must be observed when using the hall, and the hotel does not bear any responsibility for any behavior that violates the aforementioned by the invitees or the tenant.
• Screaming and noise are not allowed, as they may disturb the general comfort of the hotel's visitors.
• It is not allowed to bring food that is not licensed by the competent authorities and that is not legally slaughtered.
• Dress that does not offend modesty is considered in accordance with the norms and values of society.
• The health protocol recommended by the official authorities must be adhered to, and the hotel does not bear any responsibility if this is breached.
• The rental amount must be paid in full one week before the specified date for renting, provided that the tenant pays an amount of 100 Omani riyals as a guarantee with the hotel in the event that one of the hall facilities is damaged due to the tenant or whoever bears their responsibility, and the guarantee amount will be recovered within a maximum period of one week from the date of rental if it becomes clear that there is no liability on the part of the tenant.
• The hotel has the right to cancel the reservation if the full amount has not been paid according to the previous clause.
