To make yours and others stay at Hotel Boulevard comfortable and peaceful, we ask you to obey the following rules. Our management will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by these rules:
The Hotel’s Guest Policies:
- Ownership: Hotel rooms are rented for hotel days only.
- Third-party: The hotel guests cannot give rooms to any third party even if they have paid for that period.
- Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking and Alcohol consumption is not allowed in the hotel premises.
- Booking: For a person to book a room with us, they must be 18 years old and for identification and security purpose, they should contain their original National Identity Card with them. We may also require valid contact information such as phone number, email address, first and last name of the guest.
- Check-out: It is mandatory for guests to only check out with Front Desk, so that housekeeping may begin cleaning your room as soon as possible.
- Child Protection: It is the customer’s responsibility to keep their children attended all the time and do not leave them alone at any time. For safety reasons, we suggest if you do not leave your children unattended in guest rooms and in the hotel lobby.
- Check-in: Check-in time: 2:00 p.m Check-out time 12.00 p.m.
- Payment: We accept Visa and Master Cards. Cash payments are also welcomed. For guests to pay in cash upon check-out, it is necessary for them to present the original National Identity Card.
- Special Requests: All special requests are recorded on reservations and we try to do our best to accommodate your requests. However, the availability of those requests are not guaranteed.
- Weapons: We strongly discourage the keeping of any weapon within the hotel premises.
- Lost and Found: The hotel boulevard assumes no liability for lost, stolen or misplaced valuable belongings. However, if we found any of your belongings after your departure, we keep it safe for 15 days and will make reasonable efforts to notify you about that so you can come and collect them from us
House Rules
- Washing, drying, and ironing in the rooms is not allowed. For such purposes, we recommend using the hotel’s cleaning service.
- The cooking of any food in the hotel rooms is strictly forbidden.
- Room stuff such as pillows, blankets, bed sheets, etc. are for your use during your stay in the hotel. Please do not take any of them with you upon check-out.
- If found of theft, strict actions will be taken according to the law.
- You don’t need to submit your room-card/keys every time you leave the hotel, but you are supposed to return room-card/keys before check-out.
- Please do not disturb the privacy of others. This is what makes everyone’s stay comfortable and peaceful.
- There is a specific time if you are to meet a visitor and we discourage meeting any visitor outside that time. It is necessary for a registered guest to accompany their visit all the time and do not leave them unattended.
- Any other rule stated in the hotel’s policy and terms and conditions.
